Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.
How long does shipping take?+
We deliver across India within 5-7 business days. Metro cities usually receive orders in 3-5 days.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes! All orders over ₹0.00 qualify for free shipping across India.
Can you gift wrap my order?+
Yes, and it's free. Add a note at checkout or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll wrap it and leave the invoice out of the box.
Do you deliver outside India?+
Currently we only deliver within India. We're working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
Safety & Age Suitability
How do I know a toy is safe for my child's age?+
Every product page lists an age grade, and the age is based on developmental suitability as well as small-part safety. If a toy contains pieces small enough to be a choking hazard, it is marked 3+ and we say so clearly on the page.
What materials do you use?+
Plastics are BPA and phthalate free, wooden toys use water-based saliva-safe paint, and plush toys use hypoallergenic fill with embroidered eyes rather than plastic ones. Material details are listed under Features on each product page.
Are your toys safety tested?+
Our suppliers test to EN71 and BIS toy-safety expectations, covering mechanical hazards, flammability and heavy-metal content in paint. We also physically check each new product for sharp edges and loose parts before listing it.
My child has an allergy — can you help?+
Message us on WhatsApp before ordering with the specific allergy. We'll tell you exactly what a toy is made of, including fill, dyes and any latex or wool content.
Warranty & Replacements
What is your warranty policy?+
All toys come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something arrives broken, missing pieces, or falls apart from normal play, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement.
How do I claim warranty?+
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll process your claim within 24 hours.
A few pieces are missing from a set. What now?+
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll post the missing pieces out to you at no cost. You don't need to return the set.
What does the warranty not cover?+
It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, deliberate damage, or a toy used well outside its age grade. Batteries in battery-operated toys are not covered.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details.
Is Cash on Delivery available?+
Yes, COD is available for most toys across India. Some large or high-value items may be prepaid only — this will be mentioned on the product page.
